Moving to London summer 2018

When I was living in Riga where I did my fourth year of university I decided that after I was spending the summer in London to work during the summer an earn some money to help my mum as well and don’t ask her to much money and to do an experience and after going somewhere else so I contact two of my friends that I met in Portugal that atm they were in London to work and I ask them how they did it so I contact and I payed they work agency and I planned everything to go there. Thanks to the agency ( Ukservices ) located in Bethnal Green they provide me an accomodation at the Bethnal student living, jobs, sim card and all the documents necessary to work in UK. I bought the flight for the 13th of July which I could spend my birthday at home in Italy with my friends and my family.

Just 23 yo one way flight to London

The day before I did the birthady dinner with all my family because on my birthday is also the birthady of one of my aunt so we celebarate all together in the family. The day after at 11:50 am from Milan Bergamo I took the plane to London Stansted which I landed at 1 pm, than I took the bus till Bethal green bus stop I went to take the key of the house and I went to Lyton to my new house, and I went straight to sleep because I was too tired. The day after when I woke up I did a walk tour with my Spanish roomate and other few people than in the afternoon I took the train to Winchester in London Waterloo to visit my friend Chiara that few months ago I went to visit her while I was living in Riga and now that I moved to London I went again to visit her.

Weekend in Winchester

Saturday 14th of July I went to visit Chiara in Winchester I arrived there around 8 pm by train just one hour from London we spent the noon together and than we get ready to go out we wwnt to drink somenthing and than we party at Picher and Piano like the time before that I’ve been there because there aren’t too many clubs in the city. Than the day after we had an English breakfast together at Josie’s bar and than we went to the panoramic view of the city exploring around and than we did a pic-nic in front of the cathedral and than we keep discovering the city taking pictures all around. Than later I took the train to go back in London which I arrived in waterloo around 10 pm and from there I took the subway till Layton which I reaklized that was very far and an hoorible zone to walk in the night alone actually I was the only white and female person walking around and it was only 10 pm, anyway I arrived at home safe and I went straight to sleep.

FIRST WEEK IN LONDON

The fist week was super intensive because the agency the didn’t put me in the residence but in a house in Leyton so kind of far from everything and Monday so the begging of my first I moved to the residence at the Bethnal student living. They give me a bedroom with four girls two Spanish and one French all of them super nice. But the first week was super hard from Tuersday to Saturday interview and trial plus find the clothes for the trial and all the stuff for the house, so I was all week around London and most of the time in the tube. I did a trial as a waitress at al Duca but it was really bad but the boss nice so he didn’t hire me but he told me to do a trial at Estiatorio Milos as well in Piccadilly Circus but they didn’t hire me so the agency give an other place a small bar next to the Tamigi river horrible and they weren’t pay good and than the agency they gave an other job the one that I keep it, at the Quilon restaurant at the Taj Hotel in Westmister and I started to work there as a runner, very hard but during the interview the boss seems serious and honest so I accept the job and in the night I went out in Shoreditch area next to Bethnal Green just to drink something enjoy the night and free time with my first tinder date it was very randomly but nice I like it, it was a good experience. Sunday I visited London with my Spanish roommate Lucie, we explored London like a turist from St.Paul church through the London Bridge, Big Bang, Westminster Habbey and in the end Trafalgar Square.

SECOND WEEK IN LONDON

Monday was my first official work day, I was very happy because in one week I found the job and I started to work, it was very hard especially at the beginning but the salary was very good so I keep all the energy and that makes me stronger. And the day after were almost all the same morning at home studying and writing and in the evening work all night until Sunday that was my first day off. It was also the day off of one of my roommate Lucia ( Spanish ), we had a lot of plan for visiting London but unfortunately the weather was super cloudy and a bit raining so we couldn’t do anything we wait Lucy ( French ) to come back home and after we decided all together to go at the Jin Bo Law skyline bar near where we lived to drink something and after back home.

THIRD WEEK IN LONDON

Monday start my officially third week in London, in the morning I studied for my online master in social media marketing and in the evening working as usual. Tuesday I have been working all day and Wednesday started my weekend actually because I went to the club with one of my colleague Ignacio at the La Rumba, Thursday fortunately was my day off so could rest and than party again with my colleague and my roommate at the Tiger Tiger Club, and Friday I meet my neighbor from Cereseto, her name is Sara that she was here in London for visiting her boyfriend, so we went for lunch in Carnaby street and take a walk around there. Saturday I meet again Sara at lunch time that we took a walk around Hyde park and after we went to a party in the garden called Cocktails in the city where we drink something there and later I went to the work and Sunday I worked all day.

FOURTH WEEK IN LONDON

Monday a new week in London exactly the beginning of my fourth week there. Nothing special Monday and Tuesday just working, but Wednesday was my day off so I chill a bit during the day and later I went in the shard to drink something alone the cosmopolitan most expensive in my life 22.50£ and later I was invited to a dinner at Libertine club by unknown person actually just a promoter, so I went in this adventure alone and I had so much fun, was an incredible night, I met a lot of person. The day after was pretty bad at work because I was definitely in hangover. Friday I went to work and was fine in the lunch break I meet my friend Chiara that from Winchester she was going to the airport to take the plane to Milan, later on work and party again.

What can I say? Now I’m 23 years old I have been partying since 14, I love clubs, I love the night life I stopped a bit in the past but you can’t live without clubbing!

So Friday night I went to Reign, Saturday in Scandal and Sunday Drama all of them by invitation and Sunday I’ve met my new friend from Russia that we were clubbing and going out few times together.

FIFTH WEEK IN LONDON

After that weekend I was totally death and I worked from Monday to Thursday double every day. And finally Thursday night I went out with my Russian friend Tatyana in Reign again and after in a house of her friends to enjoy the sunrise and do the after party. Fridaytotally in hangover after work I went out with my colleague Amal at Heaven a gay club in London. Finally Saturday off! I spent all day in the bed sleeping and in the night I went for a dinner at W Hotel and later Cirque le Soir Club alone and Sunday I slept all day and in the evening I went at work again.

SIXTH WEEK IN LONDON

Monday working all day than home and from Tuesday work and partying all night. Tuesday night I went to Tape alone and later to Reign Club with my colleague Amal, Wednesday MNKY hse, Thursday Reign Club again with Tatyana and Friday finally the day off, so I went around the city to take some pictures and walking alone and in the night I met again Tatyana and Natalia but this time at Chiltern firehouse to drin something before dinner, later we went at Novikov and then in Maddox club. Saturday I was totally death and I had to work all day and in the night I didn’t went out because all those parties were kinning me and Sunday I worked just at night.

SEVENTEEN WEEK IN LONDON

The week started with a bank holiday on Monday but even tho I worked all day, than Tuesday morning I went to pay the rent but I realize that I don’t have any money, and at work they didn’t pay me jet even if I started to work in July, fortunatelu I was paying nothing because in all the clubs I was entry for free and I had all the alcool for free. Wednesday night I went out with my friends Tatyana and other guys that they were working as a promoter in a night private club called The Box, it was amaizing probably my favorite. Thursday I reach my friend in Novikov and later Maddox again. Friday was my day off and I went out for a date at the Aqua Kyoto, the only things that I can say that was a really great night and probably I will never forget it and then we went to clubbing at Cafè de Paris. Saturday and Sunday working all day so nothing special just back home after work and rest.

EIGHT WEEK IN LONDON

Monday was the beginning of my seventh weeks, I’m super emotional I don’t wanna come back in Italy I like here I like the person the night life, and of course Monday night I went out in a very nice club Sumosan Twiga alone even if Tuesday morning was my day off and I did a tour from London to Windsor castle, Lacock, Bath and on the way back we stopped in Stonhange and before going home I went to the Shard for enjoy the sunset. Wednesday I worked just in the evening and later I went out for clubbing at Cuckoo nice club, but I didn’t stay out a lot because Thursday and Friday I have to work all day. Friday after work I reach my friend in a beautiful member club in My Fair called Tramp we had a lot of fun and the day after I couldn’t do anything too tired and in the evening work as usual. Saturday night I just went out for two drink at Charlie Berkeley St. Club than Sunday I can’t handle my emotions in the morning I worked in an other restaurant that has the same owner calle Bombay Brasserie and after for the evening shift I went back in Quilon totally I’ve worked 12 hours and after work I have a date with the same girl so I was literally crying for 15 minutes at work, after I was feeling better and in the end of my work I meet her for a date and we spent the night together in her place talking and drinking till 6 am totally fucked up.

NINTH WEEKS IN LONDON

That was the beginning of my last week in London I woke up in her house naked totally in hangover remember almost nothing of the night spent together and we eat something for lunch and than I left going at the train station to go at work barely fucked. Tuesday easy I went to have a lunch with my colleague at Sushisamba very nice and expensive restaurant enjoying the last week and than we walked near St. Paul Church and we stopped at Madison Restaurant for a dessert than we went at work together and after work I met Selvaggia my friend from Riga while we spent few hours talking about Riga memories and regarding our future plans. Wednesday night after work I reach my friend at Ruya Bar Mayfair a very nice bar and later we went to Cirque le Soir for clubbing, and yes I can say that’s one of my fav club in London. The day after I worked again all day and I the evening I pass to the Toyroom club alone just for a drink. Friday finally was my last day, super happy about that, I spent the break with my colleague and after in the evening I was super chill and I drink a lot actually I left the job with my colleague and I was very tipsy. And around 1am I went to work at the Tape Club, that’s was super exhausting because I worked 18th hours. But finally Saturday I took a good rest and I went in Harrods to buy few souvenirs and I went to sleep early because Sunday I have the flight very early in the morning to come back in Italy. So on 16th of September I went back in Italy for staying one week with my family and friends before going on holiday in Marocco.
