My first time in Sagapore was during the Asia 40 days tour in the 2019.

After traveling around all Malaysia from Penang I arrived in Singapore and I stayed there four days with my friend from Germany that I met her in Penang the first evening that I arrived.

Unfortunately only four days in Singapore but I tried to do as many things as I could do, enjoying and discover the city during the day and go out and partying in the night.

I arrived at the border around 10 pm and in Singapore a bit later, I took the bus to the main station but in the end I arrived in Jurong east, kind of far from my hostel, so I jest take some money and made the new SIM card and then I called Grab to the hostel, and around 1 pm finally I was in the bed sleeping.

I stayed all the three night in the same accommodation, the cheapest and the one better located in the center ( Hongkong Street ) but probably the ugliest one, as Singapore is quite expensive country for being Asia I did this decision.

Woke up at 9 am, I tried the breakfast in the hostel, but wasn’t the best I went out and I went at the Punch just in the opposite side of the Hongkong street.

Then I took the MRT from Clarke Quay to the Little india I walked around the till arrived in the Arab Street, unfortunately I couldn’t enter in the mosque because was the praying time.

I had a salad for the lunch due to the hot weather at a really nice restaurant/ bar called Blu Jaz Cafe.

Later I walked through Victoria street till arrived in the Hostel.

I tried to go at the infinity pool but as long as you’re not a guest of the hotel you can’t enter, so I walked to the Marina bay gardens for the show but was too crowded I didn’t like it so much, so I went for the dinner at Burger King in Clarke Quay, then the hostel that I meet Chiara that she just arrived from KL, I prepared myself to go out, Chiara she didn’t join me because she was tired from the journey.

I went back to the MSB, at the third tower, floor 57 the have Ce la vie restaurant/ lounge, I stopped at the lounge for a cocktail, expensive but very worth it.

Woke up at 8:30/9 am, me and Chiara we had a breakfast at the Chinatown food court, not the best but very cheap.

Then we took the underground to the Botanical gardens, after we walked to the

Orchard rd we stopped for a lunch at Singtel Cafeteria really business place.

Then we went to Marina Bay to visit Illusion museum.

Then we come back at the Hostel, we prepare us for the aperitif at 1-Altitude in Clarke quay area, one of the most famous sky bar.

The with the underground we have been at Marasqee nightclub a recently opening in Marina Bay, amazing club.

Then we come back to the hostel, half by underground and then by walk.

Wednesday 1.05.2019

Woke up 10 am, breakfast again at the Chinatown food court, then Chinatown to Bayfront, walked to Marina Bay gardens till the opposite side where is the Lion but unfortunately was in reconstruction, and from there we walked next to the bridge till the hostel.

At 5 pm I left the hostel to the airport, and that was the time that I said goodbye to Chiara my travel mate from Malaysia.

I took the underground to the airport perfect connection and amazing airport very very big, but well organized. Departure from Singapore at 21:05 to Bali, with AirAsia.
