Italy, London, Bali & back to Australia 2024
After spending Easter 2024 in Italy with my family and few lovely days in Camogli with my mum I decided officially to go back to Australia for the fourth time and doing a fifth year down under.
Even tho leaving my hometown when is spring is always so hard I wish I can stay there and live there sometimes and have those peaceful days as when I was a kid just staying in the garden and enjoying the spring or the summer looking at the flowers or eating some fruits.
But before going back to Australia I decided to do a little stop in London do see an injector that I always wanted to do which is the liquid bbl and of course see my friend Chiara as well.
And than I wasn’t sure if spend all April in Bali or go back to Australia and go to live with Carmel but than yes I decided to go back to Australia making a surprise to Carmel and write the thesis in Darwin and than start to work again at the beginning of May.
DAY 1 – Monday 08.04.24

After my mum come back from woke she took me to the airport to catch my flight from Milan Malpensa at 19:45 pm with Ryanair to London Stansted landing at 20:50 pm once I got there I took the train to the zone 1 and than the metro to the hotel, message the guy that open me the door and show me the room where I stayed and went to sleep immediately.
DAY 2 – Tuesday 09.04.24

Woke up early because at 10:30 am I had the appointment for the liquid bbl which it was like 1 hr away from where I was staying with the metro. Then took the metro to see the London Bridge and take few pics in there but I was a bit in pain so I went back to the hotel quite shortly and I tried to rest all day.
DAY 3 – Wednesday 10.04.24

Stayed at home all morning went of just for breakfast in the neighborhood at Pret a Manger and than at 5 pm Chara arrived we went to do groceries and we drink a bit and got ready to go out clubbing. We went to Cique le Soir in Soho, stayed there clubbing till 3 am and than we went home to sleep.
DAY 4 – Thursday 11.04.24

Woke up at 10 am did the check out and went for brunch at Scarlett Green with Chiara we chilled there for a bit and than we went for a walk and she got in the metro to go back home in Winchester and me I went back to the hotel to grab my stuff and going to the airport waiting for my flight to Singapore with Singapore airlines at 22:05 pm.
DAY 5 – Friday 12.04.24

Landing in Singapore at 18:10 pm basically waisted all day on the plane doing nothing basically just sleeping. In Singapore I just eat something quick and look for the next gate and waiting to boarding to the secondo flight with Singapore Airlines again at 21:20 pm and landing in Bali at 23:55 pm where I order a Grab which is similar to Uber to get me to the accommodation that I booked for the night.
DAY 6 – Saturday 13.04.24

Woke up at 1 pm very tired from the flight and still a bit sore from the liquid bbl so I decided just to chill and I order some McDonald for lunch and than I just took few pics and stayed in the villa all day.
DAY 7 – Sunday 14.04.24

I woke up at 8 am receiving the breakfast at the door as I order and than I took few pictures in the villa, than I ordered some sushi for lunch and keep chilling and taking pics all day basically. Just relax, recovering and sleeping.
DAY 8 – Monday 15.04.24

Woke up at 10 am, order McDonald for breakfast since I didn’t really like the breakfast of the day before and than took few more pics and than at 12 pm I did the check out and I spent the noon chilling in the common pool which it was very quiet and relaxing actually and than I got a Grab to take me to the airport where I had dinner in there and at 7:05 pm my flight was departing to Darwin with Jetstar. I landed at mid night and than the controls took ages and my friend Maria was waiting for me outside to picking me up an taking me to Carmel house in Evolution Building because for Carmel was a surprise that I was coming back to Darwin she had no idea, actually I told her that I bought her a flight ticket to come to Bali to visit me the day after. Our flatmate Charlotte open me the door and let me in so I could just knock at the bedroom of Carmel that she was absolutely shocked about it and happy to see me.
Back in Darwin 2024

I decided to come back to Australia in 2024 to complete basically 5 years down under from my 24th to the 29th and obviously to make a bit more money and the most important was traveling in the west coast which I never did it before and I have my visa valid till August 2024. So just a short stay from the 15 of April till 20th of August and working 12 weeks in a row, it was hard because I didn’t wanna live in Australia anymore but I need money so after traveling was the easiest place for me to go to get some money and then move back to Europe.
First week 15-22 April 2024

Monday catch the flight from Bali at 19:05 pm landing in Darwin at 11:20 pm with Jetstar, Maria come to pick me up then I made a surprise to Carmel and we stayed up all night talking. Tuesday we stayed in bed all day I just did groceries in the evening and she cooked me carbonara for dinner. Wednesday I went to the gym and then met Maria in the morning for breakfast and the nails together while we were talking a bit and catch up on everything after I went home because Carmel was a bit sick so I spent the day with her. Thursday I went to the gym then we stay in bed all day me and Carmel I took her to work then I went to Wooly bought same groceries and made her a surprise to forgive me about me cheating on her during summer 2023 and i wanted to be honest before getting married so than I went to Monnies for an hour before lockout seeing her djing and than at home she saw the surprise. Friday I woke up, wen to the gym, had lunch then I went with Carmel at Moonies for a drink than at 6pm I wnet for dinner with Maria at Darling pasta Club then shags alone to say hi to Carmel but I met one her friend and I got drunk and then we went to Monsoons party all night totally wasted. Saturday I went to the gym then in the evening I went to Los b day with Carmel and then Monnies with her and I stayed there all night partying and getting drunk. Sunday I was in bed all day hangover than in the evening I went downstairs for a night swim and sleep while Carmel went to work.
Week from 22-29April 2024

Monday morning I went to the gym with Carmel, then we did groceries, lunch and I went to do the lashes, I called Francesca in the evening and than I went for a night swim and then Carmel got back from work cooked me kangaroo steak. Tuesday spent the morning at the pool tanning with Carmel and Lauchie, had lunch and then sunset at Mindl beach with Carmel, than we went for dinner at Meraki with the other girls from work and than we went to Moonies and lost arc for other drinks but then home early. Wednesday I woke up early we went to Casaurina, than the gym then gender reveal in North Cliff from a colleague of Carmel and then back home and we cooked pizza at home with Lauchie and then went out with Lauchie at Monnies and shags because Carmel was working there even on a Wednesday this week. Thursday was Anzac Day, we had lunch home then Carmel went to work in the noon and I went to the gym did cleaning and thesis night swim and cooked a bit. Friday chill at home then in the evening when Carmel went to work I went to the gym, then pool and cooked for her when she got back from work and did the thesis. Saturday I went to the gym in the morning, groceries, lunch in the balcony chill and then home doing the thesis. I went to moonsons at 2 am and party with Carmel till morning going to the house of Faith and Dillon with also Lauchie. Sunday I slept till late then woke up went to the Novotel pool with all the girls from the club, then Coles tu buy something and had dinner at our place with Maria November and Ari and then Carmel went to work at Shags and I fall asleep early.
Week from the 29th to 6th of May

Monday woke up went to the gym in the morning then I had an appointment with the psychologist online and i stayed at home doing the thesis while Carmel was at volleyball then talked with Lauchie a bit and had dinner with Carmel and we watched Wolf Creek then sleeping. Tuesday woke up went to Casaurina doing the Botox and few things to do then went back home we cooked chill and fo sunset we went to Mindl beach to do a photoshoot then dinner at Hot Temale me Carmel Maria Alice and Tia after dinner we went to Monsoons all together for a drink and me and Carmel just for one more drink at lost arc and then we went home. Wednesday we went to Casaurina in the morning doing the fat freezing at silk at 10 am then finished at 1 pm grab some food at the teste of Italy and went back home to eat and sleep then I did my first night back at work. And the following day I just tried to get in a routine between work, sleeping and going to the gym in the morning and trying to not drink too much at work and Saturday and Sunday I went to watch Carmel during the day doing the volleyball competions.
Week 6th to the 13th of May 2024

Monday morning I went to the gym we did groceries chill and then in the evening we went to Oyster bar with Carmel and Lauchie for dinner and after we went to Monnies and shenanigans for a beer. Tuesday morning we went to Casaurina, during the afternoon we chilled by the pool, and in the evening I stayed at home to finish the thesis and then had dinner with Carmel. Wednesday went for breakfast at The Foreshore in Night Cliff me and Carmel then I did the lashes and I went to work in the evening. Thursday woke up early and we went to the building gym, chilled all day and then work all night. Friday went to the gym during the morning than we went to the post office and then to work in the evening. Saturday Carmel surprised me with a ticket for the Rodeo in the afternoon so we went there and it was an amazing experience very different from the American one that I’ve been in 2022 and then I went to work. Sunday basically sleep and chill all day and then went to Zen rooftop for sunset and later on work.
Week from the 13th to 20th of May 2024

Monday woke up early went to the gym did groceries and then I went to the Sunset cruise with Brenna and Lexi it was nice loved it and after we catch up with other girls went to Hot Temale and then went back home. Tuesday surprised Carmel for two days we went to Crab Claw island, went there did the check in, had lunch, chill than we enjoyed the sunset had dinner there and we went to sleep. Wednesday woke up early had breakfast took few pictures around the beach and then we went for lunch at Howard Springs Tavern, we passed by Casaurina and then home having lunch, sleep in the noon and than work. Thursday I stayed home all day and than in the evening I went with Maria at the Amarni engagement party at the Reserve bar and then we went to work till 8 am. Friday basically slept all day and then work again. Saturday work up early got ready for Bass in the grass and we went with Lachie and Steve just for an hour then I went with Carmel at Moonsons we had dinner there and then I went to work. Sunday sleep and then Trailor club for Tayla’s b-day with November and Ari then lost arc quickly for a drink and than we went to work.
Week 20th to 27th of May 2024
( Berry Springs tropical villa, Darwin )
Monday woke up going to the gym, groceries and then get ready to go to Berry Spring to the Tropical Villa which I surprised Carmel with, check-in the noon and then we chilled there all noon and then had a cheese platter for the evening and steak and we watched a movie. Tuesday we woke up and Carmel was feeling a bit sick I went to the pharmacy and grab some breakfast so we took it slowly had lunch and chilled by the pool all noon and in the evening an other cheese platter and we went to sleep, just chilling and relaxing all day basically. Wednesday we had to leave the villa early and went to Casaurina for a laser appointment, em sculpting last session than home nap and get ready to work. Thursday sleep all day and then work in the evening. Friday woke up early gym and then chill in the noon and then went to Hunaman for dinner with Maria and then work. Saturday went to do the nails with Maria during lunch time then sleep and work. Sunday did the photoshoot at Jules than went home for a nap and work.
Week 27th to the 3rd of June 2024

Monday home sleep all day feeling a bit sick and finishing the thesis and calling my mum. Tuesday chilled went to the gym and trying to organize things for the summer and doing instagram, then in the evening I decided to go visit Carmel at Monsoons and stayed there with her till closing and she teaches me how to dj a bit. Wednesday we went to the gym with Carmel and Lachie had and ice cream, groceries then just home lunch, nap and then I went to work to start the week. Thursday chill all day, little swim before work. Friday tried to wake up early went to the gym and than rest, nap and went to work. Saturday I decided to go out for dinner with Carmel and we went to Le petite chef at the Hilton at 5:30 pm for the dining experience and after we stoped by Hanky Panky Lounge for a drink and then work. Sunday spent the day by our building pool to tan and chill and than in the evening I went to work.
Week from the 3rd to the 10th of June 2024
( Mindl Beach, Darwin )
Monday woke up went to the gym with Carmel chilled and had lunch and for sunset I went by myself to Mindil beach to enjoy the evening and watch the sun goes down, than I went home got ready and went to Moonson to catch up with my coworkers and see Carmel playing. But actually I got very drunk with Ari and Brenna got Mecca on the home and sleep. Tuesday I was very very hangover didn’t do anything at all, stayed in bed all day in the evening called my mum and finished the thesis while Carmel was at work. Wednesday gym chilled and in the evening went to work. Thursday gym and then in the evening before work went for a swim. Friday chilled by the pool and than work. Saturday before work went to Bek’s bday at The Boardroom with Carmel and Ari and than went to work all night. Sunday slept all day and then in the evening I went with Carmel at the Deckchair Cinema to watch Cool runnings and then went to work at 9 pm as usual.
Week from 10th to 17th June 2024
( Sanctuary by the sea, Wagait Beach )
Monday woke up went to the groceries and than with Carmel went away for two days, she surprised me by taking me to the Sanctuary by the sea at Wagait Beach like two hours drive from Darwin. We did the check-in in the noon chill in the porch with a charcuterie platter and then we went to watch the sunset at Wagait Beach. Tuesday I was very tired didn’t do much besides chilling at the house and watch the sunset again had some nice steak dinner and we watch Mother’s instinct. Wednesday we woke up early did the check out passed by Casaurina lunch at Sushi and then we went home to sleep all noon and then in the evening I went to work, after work couldn’t really sleep so Thursday spend all day in bed then in the evening went to work. Friday I clean the room and arrange my stuff but nothing crazy I was very tired from the previous night and in the evening I went to work finished pretty late. Saturday stayed in bed all day than went to work. Sunday woke up early went to the pool to chill than nap and went to work.
Week from 17th to 24th 2024
( Gorge View Bush Retreat, Katherine )
Monday went to the gym, groceries and chill all day then in the evening have dinner with Carmel at home and went to sleep. Tuesday woke up early and drove down to Katherine, stopped at Edith Falls and had lunch there as a picnic and chilled there all noon. After we went to the Gorge View Bush Retreat checked in watched the sunset there and then went for dinner at Cicada Lodge and went back to the tend to sleep. Wednesday we woke up early took few pics by the pool and then went Katherine hot springs to swim and chill and then we went back to Darwin around 4 pm, nap and then I went to work. Thursday lashes refill in the morning than pool chilling, and after sleep and work. Friday woke up early went to the gym and then Saturday and Sunday work and sleep.
Week from 24th to the 1st July 2024
( Dundee Beach, Northern Territory )
Monday went around the city did few errands and then groceries, after me and Carmel made our way to Dundee Beach which it was very beautiful and relaxing totally loved it. We stayed at Skippers which it was right on the beach very nice and we set up a picnic for sunset then we had dinner and went to sleep. Tuesday we chilled took few pics and went to the Dundee Tavern for lunch and then we chilled at the pool, called the psychologist and then we went to watch the sunset and had dinner, sleep early. Wednesday took few more pics and then we made our way to Berry Spring to swim a bit and then we went home for lunch, nap and then I went to work. Thursday woke up early meet Carmels family at Tap Bar for lunch and then we went to the Crocs cove and then home to rest before going to work. Friday we went to the doctor for the vaccination and then home nap dinner at Sailing Club with Carmel’s family and then work. Saturday I went to the gym and Carmel hang with her family and I went home to cook then nap and word. Sunday woke up, lunch and then went to the Mindel beach markets with Carmel’s family and work.
Week from 1st to 8th July 2024
( Spectacular Jumping croc tour, Darwin )
Monday woke up early and went with Carmel and her family to the Spectacular Jumping Crocodile boat tour which I did it already during my first time in Darwin in 2020 when I did a day tour, but it was nice doing it again honestly and still is always a different experience. After that we drove to Litchfield NP stopping at Wangi falls and then we went to Buley which again both of them I did it already in 2020 while I did the day tour but still both very beautiful. Then we went for dinner at Berry Spring Tavern which I went with Carmel before. Than we drove back to Darwin and it was insane seeing the fireworks around all the city for the NT Independence Day. Tuesday we woke up at 6 am and went fishing with Carmel her dad and her brother in law. Went to Bayview and from there out in the see stopping in three different spot trying fishing it was very nice experience totally loved it. Then we went back for lunch chilling and in the evening we went for dinner at Tim’s Surf & Turf. Wednesday just chilling and in the evening working then Thursday morning went for breakfast at Boatshead Coffee house and then till the rental car with Carmel and all the family to say bye to her sister and the kids then we went to Casaurina center and then home and in the evening I went to work. Friday went to the gym and work Saturday chill and work and then Sunday spent the day by the pool and in the evening went to Carmel her dad and Lauchie to the sunset cruise which it was very nice as usual totally loved it very chilling and relaxing, and after I went to work.
Week from the 8th to 15th July 2024

Monday we woke up early in the morning took Carmel’s dad at the airport and then we went we did few errands and than chill at home and I prepared the bath surprise for her while she was at vball and then had for dinner the fish that we catch during the fishing charter. Tuesday we woke up early went out in Humpty Doo in a Airbnb that we rented for a night super chill with a SPA outside it was very nice totally love, the only it was that I was a bit sick unfortunately but it was very nice and for the sunset Carmel took me to the wetlands which it was a very nice experience. Wednesday we woke up packed everything to come back to Darwin and on the way we stopped in a road market to get some fruit and then Wednesday I went to work. Thursday did the lashes and chilled all day nothing crazy and then I took the night off because at mid night was my bday so I stayed home went to the pool to chill in the car and then I celebrated the mid night by myself in the balcony taking few pics and drinking champagne and than I went to sleep. The morning after Carmel gave me my present and then we went to the Matt Wright office where to bus pick us up and took us to the Top End Safari camp once we got there we did the check in then the helicopter tour which it was my first time, then we chilled by the pool and then feeding the crocs, airboat tour in the river and boat tour with snacks on the boat. After we went back and we had dinner and after melting the mash mellow by the fire all together it was very an amazing experience and the I called my family my auntie for her bday and then got an other present from Carmel and we went to sleep. Saturday we woke up and Matt Wright proposed us to go on the boat to have breakfast there and do the tour again with the air boat and feeding crocs which it was very cool honestly then we chilled by the pool and waited to be taken to the city with the bus, got home around 4 pm and later on I went to work. Sunday woke up early went to Casaurina mall the pass by the markets and in the evening Carmel took me to Pee Wee restaurant for my bday it was amazing totally love it one of the best dinners, then I went to work in the evening. It was an amazing celebration for my bday week.
Week from 15th to the 22nd of July 2024
( Litchfield Safari Camp, Northern Territory )
Monday spend the morning at the pool chilling and then in the evening I went to Lola’s with my coworkers and then home with Carmel having dinner and watching the Matt Wright tv program. Tuesday we woke up early and then we went to Litchfield NP to explore the places we haven’t been jet and trying camping for the first time together. So we tried to go to Sandy Creek but u need a 4W drive so we couldn’t make them we decided to visit Greenant Creek which it was amazing all by ourselves at that time in the evening then we went to do the check in at the Caravan Park and for sunset we went to Tolmer Falls which it was amazing and then back to the caravan pack having dinner and having our first night in the tent. Wednesday we woke up early went back to Tolmer falls to check the light on the falls if it was more bright and then we went to the Lost City and then passed by Florence and then went to Casaurina and work in the evening. Thursday sleeping and then in the evening went to the pool and then work. Friday doing few errands during the day and then in the evening pool and meeting with Maria for a drink at Sweet Arts then work together. Saturday chilling all day and then work. Sunday very tired and exhausted by the week decided to not going to work so instead I went with in the evening by the beach in Cullen Bay Beach then she went to work and I went to sleep.
( After 12 weeks working I decided to quit on the 20th of July because I was to exhausted couldn’t handle the job anymore so I’m taking four weeks off and on the 18th of August me and Carmel we ll leave Darwin )
Week from 22nd to 29th of July 2024

Monday woke up early went to Casaurina for the Emsculpting than we went back home for lunch, color Carmel’s hair did a bit of stuff at home and the in the evening I called my mum had dinner with Carmel while we watch Wild Croc Territory. Tuesdays we woke up earlier and we went to Corroboree Houseboats and Fishing Boat for the check in at 12 pm, and then we spent all day and night driving the houseboat in Mary River the went back on Wednesday from this amazing experience in the boat and then had a vaccination in the evening and spent the night at home calling Francesca and Carmel went to vball. Thursday went to the gym and did few errands around and then Carmel went to work and I went for a swim and I spent the evening at home alone, literally just chilling for my fist days off. Friday woke up early went to the gym had a walk to the esplanade and then went to Casaurina with Carmel. Then went to the beach took few pics for sunset and then had a drink with Carmel at Kokomo and then home dinner and Laura came over to have a beer together. Saturday woke up early went to the gym walked around then chilled in the balcony and doing my stuff all day and cleaning the house. Sunday woke up early went to the gym had a little walk and then went back home had breakfast and in the evening went with Carmel and Lauchie to the open air cinema to watch Greese and then went back home for dinner and Carmel went to work.
Week from 29th to the 5th of August 2024
( Hideway Litchfield accommodation, Northern Territory )
Monday woke up early and we drove to Litchfield stopped first at Walker Creek and then we went to do the check in at the accommodation it was very beautiful totally loved it. Then in the evening we set the fire took few pics and then we had dinner while we watched the movie Australian Day and then we went to sleep. Tuesday woke up early, made breakfast and then we went to take few pics at Wangi falls and then visit the Cascades which they weren’t my favorite and plus I broke the camera then we went back to the cabin for lunch and we went again to Wangi falls for sunset that had better lighting and then we had dinner and watched How to please a woman. Wednesday woke up at 7 am had breakfast, did the check out and then we went to visit Flonce fall with basically none so it was very very beautiful. And then we went to Buley Rockhole which we already been there but it’s always nice so we chilled there and had lunch then we made our way to Gunn point in the noon which it was surprisingly beautiful driving on the beach during the sunset, and we found a free spot to camp so we could stay there camping and cooking in the evening. Thursday woke up early went to Gateway trying to check on the camera and then we went back home to chill and rest and in the evening Carmel went to work. Friday woke up early at 7 am went to the gym then breakfast and few errands around went to do the nails with Carmel and then in the evening I just did the pictures and writing. Saturday woke up during the sunrise, went to the gym and then did few things during the day and later on I took Carmel out for dinner at Ella by Minoli and then she went to work and I went back home. Sunday I went to the gym a and then Casino pool with Carmel Lauchie and Maria then back home get refreshed and drinks with Carmel and Lauchie and sunset at the Zen rooftop bar and dinner at the OAK and then I went home to do my things and Carmel went to work.
Week from the 5th to the 12th of August 2024
( November’s bday boat party, Darwin )
Monday gym and then getting ready 11:30 am Maria to go to the boat party for November’s birthday and then home sleep and chill all evening with headache a bit sick and Carmel went to work. Tuesday woke up together grocery pool cook with Carmel all noon then photoshoot then dinner and hot bath and then I went to sleep and Carmel went to work.Wednesday I went to the gym early in the morning then when Carmel woke up had lunch with her then chilling and arguing all noon but in the evening we went Maria ‘s house and then we had dinner with Lachie at home eating lasagne and we watched The hit man.
Thursday morning gym with Carmel then home doing my thing lunch and writing all day.
Friday woke up early in the morning went to the gym did few errands and then in the evening went to the beach with Carmel to do a photoshoot and then I spent the evening at home alone doing the pictures. Saturday I woke up feeling very sick so I stayed in the bed a bit long and during the all day I tried to do the pictures and then in the evening I went to Babylon to meet up with Maria Jayson Alice and Bruno, had drinks in there and then we went to party at Bustard town and after we went to Monsoons till closing and then McDonald all four together plus Lachie and we went to sleep. Sunday I woke up totally hangover, haven’t drink in a long time so I was feeling pretty bad all day and then in the evening at 6pm I went with Carmel at Darwin Festival to watch The Party Show with the same actor of last year of Blanc du Blanc. It was a really nice show totally like it and then we come back home to have dinner and Carmel went to work.
Week from 12th to the 19th of August 2024

Monday I woke up early went to the gym and then we did few errand around Casaurina and then we did a little photoshoot together at the evolution building and then in the evening Carmel went to work and I prepared everything to leave the day after. Tuesday morning woke up at 6 am get ready and I drove to Robin Falls I never been there before and it was totally amazing I truly loved it, and then we kept driving and we went back to Kakadu which we already been there last year in September 2023 but we wonted to visit something new, first we went to Maguk which during lunch time with the sun up is even more beautiful and then we tried to go to visit Boulder creek but was dry due to the wet season and then we gave up in Motorcar falls so we drove to Katherine where we had the accommodation booked at Knotts Crossing Resort which it was very nice sleep in a proper bed after the big day. Wednesday we woke up at 8:30 am went for breakfast and then we check out slowly and we went to Katherine hot springs to float and chill in the for a bit, then we had lunch in the park and ice cream from wooly, then we decided to go to the Golf Club to get a bear before the show started at 5:30 pm at the Outback Katherine Experience which it was very nice the show and teaching us a bit about the cattle station and after we had the dinner organized in the there which it was very lovely atmosphere and good food, after the dinner I drove to Mataranka and we set the swag at Little Roper Stock Camp. Thursday woke up at 7 am pack the swag and went to Mataranka to visit and take few pics at the thermal pool which me and Carmel we went there last year in April and I wanted to go back because was one of my fav spot in Northern Territory. After we went to Bitter Spring which we skipped them the previous time or better we didn’t know that existed, and after around mid day we started to drive back to Katherine and then got back in Darwin around 6pm chilled a bit but I was feeling really tired and unwell from the drive so I had a bit of fight with Carmel and then I went to sleep.
Friday woke up at 10 am didn’t feel that well so just wrote a bit and then did few errands with Carmel and Lachie and then spent the night at home alone writing and calling my mum. Saturday stayed home all day cleanings then Luigi’s pizza in the evening watched the sunset there and then Carmel went to work and I went out partying with her at Monsoons and we went home at 6 am. Sunday woke up early did a bit of arranging pics and then we went with Lachie at Mindl beach to watch the Regatta and after Casino pool just me and Carmel then home clean and packing then sleep.

Monday – 19.08.24

We woke up early at 7:30 am went to the cash convert post office, few errands then home lunch keep cleaning and packing with Carmel and then around 6 pm we Maria comes to our place to get few boxes of clothes and then we met at the Dock 1 with her Jayson, me, Carmel, Lachie, Freddie and Steve for a last drink and sunset in Darwin then we went home had dinner and a chill bath after we finished to pack and clean everything.

Roadtrip Darwin to Perth 2024
In the past years I always wanted to visit the west coast of Australia but I never had an opportunity so in 2024 I decided to go back to Australia to work few months and then to visit the rest of the country that I haven’t seen jet. By then I was living with C so we decided to do 6 weeks road trip till down to Adelaide so she could say goodbye to her family before leaving to Europe with me. She had a swag, we bought few camping gear, she had a car so we quit our jobs and she left the apartment and on the 20th of August we left Darwin together in the car driving down where we did 14000km together.
DAY 1 – Tuesday 20.08.2024

DAY 2 – Wednesday 21.08.2024

Woke up at 8 am pack the tend and we drove to the border of Western Australia and then we keep driving till Lake Argyle where we stop for a swim in the pool and for lunch and we booked a sunset cruise for the day after with Lake Argyle Cruse because for today was fully booked for both companies. After lunch we decided to visit El Questro Wilderness Park proceeding after Kunanarra towards west but unfortunately without reception and no sign we kept going and ended up in Wyndham so we went to the five rivers lookout and took a picture in town with the big crocodile and then on the way back we found the El Questro finally went to Emma Gorge but was too late to do the walk, isn’t allowed after 3 pm in the dark so then we made our way out the park we stopped to watched the sunset on the road and then we went to sleep at Cockburn Rest Area near Kununarra.
DAY 3 – Thursday 22.08.2024

Woke up at 5:30 am we packed the tend and we went to Emma Gorge we hike there and swim in the beautiful gorge, it was absolutely worth it and then we kept going into El Questro till the Zebedee Springs anywhere we chilled there for a bit and then we made our way to lake Argyle where we had the sunset cruise booked, got there at 2:15pm with it was absolutely beautiful and worth it, we saw mini wallabies, few crocs, feed cat fish and other fishes and then we swam and chilled with the flooding while drinking a beer and the sunset goes down. After we stopped at Kununarra to refill the car and we went back to Cockburn Rest Area to sleep there.
DAY 4 – Friday 23.08.24

Woke up at 5:30am packed the tend and made our way to the Parululu National Park which unfortunately we couldn’t visited because we didn’t have a 4W drive car so just just kept going to Halls Creek. Got there at 11:00 am in Hallas Creek went to the fuel station looked for a bakery and then we went to the lookout for lunch but was to sunny so we just kept going besides few stops on the way till we got to Mary pool where we stop a bit and took few pics with the cattle and then we kept going till Fitzory Crossing stopping at the caravan park to refill water and watching the sunset by the bridge and then we went to sleep at the Ellendale Station Rest Area by 7 pm had some noodles for dinner and we went to sleep.
DAY 5 – Saturday 24.08.24

Woke up at 5:30 am had a coffee and drove to Broome but on the way we stopped to take few pictures at the Willare Bridge Roadhouse and kept going to Broome till the Town Beach. Found a place to sleep just next to the Town Beach at Discovery Parks Broome, went down do some grocery and then back for lunch and did the color to Carmel’s hair. After we went to visit Simpson beach then Matso’s brewery for a beer and then watch the camels on Cable Beach and after we went back to the campground to have a steak for dinner and sleep.

Woke up at 6:30 am had breakfast walk around the camping and see the Town Beach. Then drove Coconut Well to take few pictures and visit the rock formations then we drove to Willie creek Perl farm and later we went back to the city to chill and swim at Gantheaume beach. Later on went back to the caravan park for a quick lunch and shower and then at 4 pm we went to Cable beach to do the Camels ride with the Cable beach camels company for like and hour to watch the sunset while we were riding a camel. After we went to Matso’s brewery for a beer and then sleep.
DAY 7 – Monday 26.08.24

Woke up at 5 am had breakfast pack the swag and went to Gantheaume point to look for the dinosaur foot print and explore the area. After we stopped at the Gantheaume beach to take few pictures and then stopped at wooly to buy some food and fuel and we left Broome 11:30 am. Carmel drove till the Sandfire roadhouse for three hours where we had lunch and took pictures then we kept going until Port Headland, did fuel at Carltex and had dinner by the road then I kept driving till Dales Campground which we got there by 11 pm.
DAY 8 – Tuesday 27.08.24

We woke up at 7 am had breakfast there and then we went to Dales Gorge to visit Fortescue Falls and Fern Pool which we swam there and enjoyed the time there. Then we drove to Hancock where we had tried to visit it but the water was to high we had to swim and I couldn’t carry the camera so we went back to the car we drove to Knox but it was already 2pm and it’s 3hrs walk so we decided to go to check out Joffre Gorge where I just took a look at the lookout mine while Carmel went down and did the walk once she got back we kept fighting a bit and we went back to Dales camp ground for sunset and sleep exhausted by the day.
DAY 9: Wednesday 28.08.24

Woke up at 7am went to the pic nic area for breakfast and then we start to drive to Tom Price where we went to Coles & Bakery bought some water and food took some pictures and then we went to visit Hamersley Gorge but just when we parked we realized that we lock the car with the key inside anyway we went to visit the Gorge and had a swim in there and we met a guy that helped us to break the car to get key so we could keep going, took few pics with the red ground and we went to the Eco Retreat to the restaurant/ bar to have a beer during the sunset and then we slept there and cooked the dinner there.

Woke up at 6:30 am packed the swag and went to the public toilet to get change and made sandwiches for breakfast near by and then we drove 20min to Kalamina gorge which it took 3hrs return with seeing the waterfall as well and took plenty of pics and swimming there. By 11 am we made out way to Port Headland which we got there by 3:30 pm chilled a bit at the Cemetery beach park, passing by the Dampier salt and at 5 pm went to Lisa’s Kangaroo retreat to lean about kangaroo feed and pet them. Later we stopped at The Headland Hotel to enjoy the sunset and having a beer, after we kept driving to Exmouth direction but we stopped for the night at Peawah Rest Area, going to sleep around 9 pm.
DAY 11 – Friday 30.08.24

Woke up at 6:30 am had breakfast in the rest area and then we visit the Whim Creek Hotel and we stopped in Roebourne and Karratha Industrial Estate for fuel and showed. Then we had lunch at Peedamulla campground which it was one of the best camping ground facility wise and we kept going till Nunutarra roadhouse and the Boulders. Finally we reach Bullara station we took few pics, we wonder around and by the sunset we sit down and enjoy the live music till the dark and we went to eat something quick and sleep.
DAY 12 – Saturday 31.07.24

Woke up at 6 am packed everything, then we stopped in the high way to have noodle for breakfast and kept driving till Exmouth, where first we went to the visitor center and then we went exploring the west side of the peninsula. Fist we stopped at the boat ramp, Neds camp, Mesa camp, Tulki beach and then we stoped in the Turquoise Bay chilled and swim there and took few pics. Then we kept going down passing by Notd Mandu, Ospery bay and a little walk around Yardi creek camp. Later we drove back up to Yardi Homested caravan park did the check in set up the swag, had a shower, bought a beer from the restaurant and went to watch the sunset at the lighthouse and after back to the camp to have pasta for dinner by the bbq area and sleep.

Woke up at 7 am got ready and pack everything and went to the boat ramp to catch the boat to start the day tour. It was amazing fist breakfast and a snorkel spot, then three swim with the whale shark and later after lunch one more snorkeling spot. The water was freezing and Carmel was sea sick but beside that was incredible. And at the end we had some alcohol beverages and the tour finished at the boat ramp by 2 pm. Then we went to chill at Turquoise Bay and then we went again to watch the sunset at the lighthouse and then back to the camp for dinner and sleep pretty early by 8:30 pm very exhausted from the day.
DAY 14 – Monday 02.08.24

Wake up at 6 am, packed everything and went to Turquoise bay again to take some pictures with the drone since none was on the beach then we went into town at bakery for breakfast and then IGA for groceries. Took few quick pictures at the prawn and Exmouth sign before heading to Coral Bay. Where we arrived by 11:30 am we had lunch at the Ningaloo coral bay caravan park then went to the tour operator shop of Coral Bay Eco Tours and we booked a tour for the day after to swim with the Manta Rays and then we went to Bill’s bay to chill and sleep and then watched the sunset at the Coral Bay Lookout and then went to have sandwiches for dinner and sleep at the caravan park.
DAY 15 – Tuesday 03.09.24

Woke up at 6:30 am packed everything and went to the meeting point next to Finn’s Cafe but 7:30 am to sign the paper and then with the bus transfer took us to the boat ramp where we got on the boat, immediately had one snorkel and then breakfast on the boat then 4 swim with the Manta Rays it was amazing, later lunch and then an other snorkel and we went back to Coral bay around 2:30 pm. Later we went to Bill’s bay again to sleep and chill then we stopped at the Ningaloo Bar to buy a beer to take it to the Coral Bay lookout to watch the sunset and then went went back to the caravan park, had sandwich for dinner and then doing the swag and sleep.
DAY 16 – Wednesday 04.09.24

Woke up at 6:30 am packed the swag and went to the Coral Bay Bakery for breakfast and then to Bill’s bay to take few pics and then again next to Finn’s cafe at 10:30 am to sign the palate and jump on the bus to go to the boat ramp to do the whale watching tour, which it was amazing we saw many humpback whales with their babies as well and we had few snacks and a glass of wine completely, probably the cheapest and the best tour. We got back to Bill’s bay at 2:30 pm went to the beach again took few quick pictures with a better light, went to check out Skeleton bay and then we start to drive to Carnarvon where we stopped to do some groceries at Woolies and fuel then we kept going till Denham and had dinner while driving till we reach the Tasman Holiday Park and we set the swag there to sleep.
DAY 17 – Thursday 05.09.24

Woke up at 6 am packed the swag, drove to Monkey Mia saw the sunset at the pier had a hot tea with biscuits and then went to see the dolphins which actually we couldn’t see the dolphins feeding till 10 am so we just hang around the jetty saw few turtles and finally the dolphins but then unfortunately started to rain so we decided to spend the night at the RAC in a budget double room hoping to have a better sunny day tomorrow. So we did some laundry and some charging since we had the room, had a nice lunch in the kitchen then we took a hot shower and had a nap in the noon. Woke up for sunset went to watch it by the bar while we were having a Great Northern but still it was very windy so we went back to the room to chill in the bed and had noodles in the bed as well and then we fall asleep.

Woke up at 7:30 am went to beach check the dolphin feeding which wasn’t happening and the weather was very cold and windy so went to the room had breakfast with an hot tea/ coffee and biscuits and then got ready to leave and took few quick pictures around. First stop of the day was the Little Lagoon which again unfortunately was very windy but very nice, then we went to shell beach where we had lunch and took few pictures. Later we proceeded to the Telegraph station and Hamelin pool, quick petrol stop and then we went to Galena bridge camp area spud site where we set the swag had dinner and then watch the sunset by the river going down behind the bridge and then we went to sleep.
DAY 19 – Saturday 07.09.24

Woke up at 5:30 am packed the swag and quick on the way to go to watch the sunrise at the Skywalk in Kilbarri National Park which it was like and hour drive. We didn’t really make it but still it was very beautiful and then we did the walk to visit the Nature’s Window and took few pictures and walking around. After we drive to Kilbarri city we got some water in the caravan park, then we wnet Chinaman’s beach to watch the waves and explore the city while we got an ice cream and then Back beach to take few pictures of the landscape. Then we decided to go to visit the Hutt lagoon and Port Gregory then we made our way back up setting up the swag for the night at Wagoe Beach Chalet and camping, and bought some fresh eggs from the farm and took few pics of the lamas and cows. Later we decided to go to watch the sunset at Red Bluff Lockout which it was amazing but very windy, and then we went back to the caravan park to cook dinner and sleep.
DAY 20- Sunday 08.09.24

Woke up at 5 am pack the swag and drove to Kalbarri to joint the tour at 6:15 am which it was very interesting and a different experience and from that we got two crayfish and by the time the tour finish we stopped at the IGA to get some ice and a box for the crayfish and we kept going to Geraldton where we stopped at Wollie to do a bit of grocery and we had a bread breakfast in the car then we visited the lighthouse by the beach and then we visit the HMAS War Memorial. After this little breakfast/ lunch stop we kept going till Grigsons lookout and we flew the drone around the salines just near the Sandy Cape. Then once we got to Sandy cape Recreation Park we drove to Jurien bay got the beers going back to the camping for sunset and then cooking the crayfish and went to sleep.
DAY 21 – Monday 09.09.24

Woke up at 8 am had breakfast and then went to the beach and the dunes to have a look around and take few pictures. Went to Jurien bay jetty to flight the drone and then we started to drive south, till we got to thirsty point looking where u can see Wedge Island, but it was very windy so we just took few pictures and left.
Then we got to the Pinnacles and we had drove around the park while taking fees pictures, and as a last stop of the day we went to the Sand Dunes in Lancelin Bay which again was very windy so we didn’t really enjoy much the sunset even if was very beautiful. After we tried to find a spot to sleep which we couldn’t find it not in Lancelin Bay not in Swan Valley, drove around for a bit till we decided to go to Fremantle where we booked the night for the following day actually but it was the only option basically even if we got there around 11 pm.
DAY 22 – Tuesday 10.09.24

Woke up at 7 am packed everything and left the caravan park went to the dog park in Coogee where we had breakfast and change the clothes. Then we drove to the Swan Valley where we started the wine tasting tour, the weather was a bit cloudy and very windy but it cleared up later on fortunately. So we organize our wine testing starting from Mandoon Estate, Sandalford Wines, Oakover Ground little stop for lunch, then The House of Honey& Sticky Spoon Cafe where we got a delicious ice cream and as a last one where we had a cheese platter with the wine testing was the Upper Reach. Then drove back to Fremantle to the camping set up the swag and then we went for sunset at the Bathers Beach House with carmels friend Ben and we had an aperitive there and after we went back to the camping to cook the lunch take away for the following day and then we went to sleep very tired from the day.
DAY 23 – Wednesday 11.09.24

Woke up at 6:30 am drove to Fremantle Shed B to pick up the ferry at 7:30 am to go to Fremantle which is only 40 minutes boat ride. Went for breakfast at Rottnest Bakery where we could already interact with the quokka and by 9 am we went to rent the bike by Pedal & flipper and we started to explore the island passing by the lighthouse, Pinky beach , The Basin, Geordie Bay, City of York bay and we had lunch on the beach in there and took few pics. After we pedal down almost till Rocky Bay Beach then we kept pedal till Little Salmon Bay and Parker point and from here we pedal back to Rottnest village. We left the bikes at 4 pm had a little wonder around plying with quokka went to pinky beach to chill and then we took the ferry back at 6 pm and once we got back in Fremantle we went for drinks and meeting up again with Carmel friend Ben at National Hotel Fremantle for a coke and a little chat and then we went back to the caravan park cook some noodle and then we went to sleep.
DAY 24 – Thursday 12.09.24

Woke up at 7 am pack everything and left the caravan park and went to do the nails at 9 am at Anna Nails in Beaufort street then we went to DFO to look for clothes for Africa after we catch up with Alice at Mary Street Bakery and Carmel went to the lashes then once she got back we had an ice cream all together and at the Messina Gelato said goodbye to Alice and then we went to the H&M and at 3:30 pm Carmels had her hair appointment at Meraki Hairdresser. Later once she finished with the hair we went to the QT rooftop bar for sunset and drinks and then dinner 7:30 pm at C restaurant which it was an incredible experience because the restaurant ruotate so your will have a 360 view of the city by night. After we went to Voodo lounge for a drink and back to Fremantle to sleep very tired and by then was around 11 pm.

Woke up at 7:30 am pack the swag and we wnet to Cogge to the ship reck to flight the drone and then to the Fremantle markets where we had breakfast and we catch up again and said goodbye with Carmel friend Ben and then we went to Elizabeth Quay took few pics and then we stopped at Aldi to do grocery and then we started to drive down to Bunbury stopping at John Tognela Rest Area and then Collie visiting briefly the city and then checking out the lakes till we stopped at the Stockton Lake for sunset where we set up a fire and we had some dinner with the fire by the lake it was a very nice atmosphere and then went to sleep.

Woke up at 8 am had breakfast by the lake took few pictures and then we started to drive to Busselton where we stoped to check out the jetty and the three cute houses, then we drove to Meelup Beach to walk around and take few pics then Eagle Bay which it was amazing but a bit too cold to swim, then Yallingup Beach, after the Injidup Natural Spa pool but was a bit busy so we kind of skip it and we went to Hamelin but the sun was already going down so we couldn’t really take pictures so we drove down to Augusta to go to visit the Cape Leeuwin lighthouse where we had dinner while we watched the sunset even we couldn’t really go inside the lighthouse but we just parked outside. We the sun went down we drove back up to the Buranup forest to sleep at Jarrahdene campground.

Woke up at 6 am packed the swag left the forest and we stoped to take pictures at the lookout Boranup Forest Viewpoint then we went to Coles and Brumby’s Margaret River then by 10 am we started the wine tasting tour. First stopping at Leeuwin estate where we had a quick breakfast in the car park and change and then we did the tasting which probably was my favorite, then Voyager Estate very fancy and elegant, after around lunch time we went to the Beer Farm to do a beer tasting then up to Woody Nook Wines where we bought a bottle and we got a cheese platter which it was very tasty and as a last we went to visit and do one more tasting at Gralyn Estate which it was amazing we totally loved the port. Later on for sunset we went to Surfers point where we watched the surfers and took few pics of them while we eat something quick and then we drove back down to the Buranup forest where we went back there ready to sleep.
DAY 28 – Monday 16.09.24

Woke up at 6:30 am pack the swang did some gasoline and then we went to get a coffee well Carmel got a coffee at Yahava KoffeeWorks then we drove back to the after the Injidup Natural Spa to take few pictures with the drone we couldn’t get into the water because it was definitely too cold and after we went to visit the
Icon honey which it was interesting they had also a ceramic factory, then we stopped at Gabriel Chocolate where we did a chocolate tasting and we got and ice cream, later on we did one more stop at Olio bello which they have and amazing assortment of organic products. And then we went back to Coles where we bought a steak for the night and we stopped as well at The little farm to buy some cheese. Then we drove around one hour and half till Bridgetown where we check into the Tiny Matilda at 3 pm and took few pictures around before the sunset and for sunset we went to the bath to chill watch the hills and drinking the bottle of rosè wine that we bought in Margaret River till dark which it was amazing with the full moon but it was a bit chilly. While a took an hot shower Carmel cooked the steak and we had dinner and then we went to sleep in a comfy bed which it was amazing.
DAY 29 – Tuesday 17.09.24

Woke up at 6:30 am cooked a breakfast took some pictures around the lovely airbnb then went outside took more pics with the drone and jump again into the bath to chill and have a cheese board platter with fresh cheese from Margaret River and some sweet port wine from Gralyn Estate. Then at 11:30 am we checked out and we drove to Pemberton and we explore the Heartbreak Train doing the scenic drive into the forest for like an hour. Later on we stopped at the Walpole Hotel Motel to get some beers and then we kept driving till Greens Pool but was almost sunset so the light wasn’t the best so we decided to find a camping for the night and we went to a cute small caravan park by the ocean called at Perry Beach Campsite where we watch the sunset on the beach while we where drinking a beer and then we set up a fire and cooked some dinner near the swag and after we went to sleep very tired from the day.
DAY 30 – Wednesday 18.09.24

Woke up at 7 am and unfortunately had been raining all night so we didn’t really know what to do with such a bad weather when all the attractions are going to the beach and explore them. Anyway we decided to be productive and we went to visit a cheese farm at Ducketts Mill Wines where we did a cheese tasting and we bought some greasy salami. Then we went to Denmark Animal farm where we feed few animals and we played with baby goats while outside was raining. We finally stop raining we went to Elephant Rock and Green creek to take few pictures even if the weather was terrible and very cold. Then we stopped by the Denmark Bakery to buy some fresh break and a lamington and we went to have lunch at Norm Thornton Park and then we went back on driving till Shelly Beach Lookout and then the Wind Farm which was quite interesting to visit, after we drove into Albany stopping quickly at Coles to buy few stuff that we need and then we went to sleep at Norman’s Beach Camping where we had some noodles for dinner and trying to set up a fire and then we went to sleep.
DAY 31- Thursday 19.09.24

Woke up at 7 am look the surroundings since we got there the night before in the dark but unfortunately was very cloudy and not very interesting so we drove up to go to visit the Granite Skywalk, Castle rock which it was a bit of a hike and still very cold and cloudy and after that we drove back to Albany trying to visit the Gap but unfortunately was closed so we stopped at the Albany’s Historical Whaling Station to take few pictures and then we went to Kmart to do a bit of winter clothes shopping and then we stopped in Two People Bay at the Little Beach which it looks amazing but without sun it wasn’t unfortunately. Then we drove to Bremer Bay till we found Tozer’s Bush Camp and we set up there for the night and we immediately went to sleep.
DAY 32 – Friday 20.09.24

Woke up at 6 am pack the swag and went to Devil Creek Boat Ramp for breakfast while the weather still very cloudy and a bit rainy, then we visit Bremer beach where we could drove on the beach, pretty cool but again the weather wasn’t the best. After we visited Blossom beach which is a really nice beach and we took few pictures, then we stopped at the Bremer Bay welcome sign to take few pics and we kept going to Point Ann where we had lunch in the and chilled for a bit till the sun comes out and we could spotted few whales and dolphins from the shore. Later on we went back on driving stopping at public silo tail in Ravensthorpe and a quick stop for fuel and then we drove till the Stokers Inlet Camping where we had noodle for dinner with the last bottle of beer and we went to sleep.
DAY 33 Saturday 21.09.24

Woke up at 5:30 am pack the swag and drove to Esperance, went to the French Hot Bread shop to get some bread and a lamington and we went to have breakfast at the West Beach but the weather was very cloudy and windy we didn’t know what to visit so we decided to go at Dome to chill, charge all the electric iteam and waiting for a better weather which unfortunately it didn’t happen so after a while we decided to visit Whale tail sculpture and the Lighthouse sculpture and we drove to Cape le Grand NP where we went to Lucky bay, cooked and had lunch there but still the weather wasn’t the best. Mine while we were trying to find a place to sleep which we discovered that was school holiday so all the camping were booked basically, after few calls we found a car park outside of a tavern that we could sleep there for free. But before dinner we drove to Cape Le Grand Beach to watch the sunset and then we drove to the Condigup tavern where we had dinner in there it was very nice being in a restaurant and we had our last chicken parmi in Australia. After dinner we unpacked the swan and settle it down in the car park and we went to sleep.
DAY 34 Sunday 22.09.24

Woke up at 5 am pack the swag and we drove back to Cape Le Grand NP precisely to Lucky Bay hoping to find the kangaroos on the beach but unfortunately nothing so we just stayed there had breakfast took few pics and then we visited Thistle cove which was really small but a nice bay then we went to the famous Twilight beach to take few pics even thought was freezing and for sunset we went to the observatory point and then we drove back to the tavern where we went to sleep immediately being very tired from the day.
DAY 35 Monday 23.09.24

Woke up at 4:30 am pack the swag and drove to Lucky Bay to check the kangaroos but again unfortunately they weren’t on the beach, we checked also the other beaches near by but no kangaroos unfortunately. So we drove up to Norseman making our way to the border with SA. We got in Norseman around 9 am we went to the IGA to get something for breakfast and then we went to the Welcome park to have breakfast in there and then fuel and kept going till Belladonia where we stopped there for lunch few minutes the weather kept going till the 90 mile straight sign to take few pictures and fly the drone. Then we kept driving Caiguna where we did a little stop for fuel and water and then we stopped at the rest area in Mundrabilla to set up the swag cook something and going to sleep.
DAY 36 Tuesday 24.09.24

Woke up at 8 am packed the swag and left took everything longer then expected to leave but well the weather was again cloudy unfortunately so we got in Eucla by 10 am visit the roadhouse and went down to the telegraph station which it wasn’t nothing exciting. Then we drove to the border where there is the petrol station with the kangaroo and the Vegamite and took few pics there. After we kept driving till Nullarbor Wilderness Protection Area where we stopped to take few pictures of the cliffs at Great Australian Bright scenic lookout, which it was amazing, then we stopped again at the Nullarbor roadhouse to take pictures around which is very pretty and we had lunch there quickly. Later we stopped again in Yalata for petrol quickly and then we stopped at Goodwood in a restaurant area to set the swag prepare some food and then we went to sleep.
DAY 37 Wednesday 25.09.24

Woke up at 7 am packed the swag and drove to Penong where we went to the toilets change the clothes and visit the wind mill open air museum, then we drove to the McDonnell lake to take some pictures with the drone but unfortunately was very cloudy so we kept going until Ceduna where we went to Foodland to buy some water and bread and then we kept driving but due to the bad weather we skipped visiting few beaches, as we supposed to do Smoky bay and Streaky bay but instead we stopped further for lunch at Woolshed Cave and the weather started to be a bit better and the weather kept driving till the monument lookout all along the Talia Caves drive basically. Later on back on the highway we kept going till Elliston where we did the Elliston Cliff top drive due to the very windy weather after we stopped at Locks Well Beach but again was very windy and cold so we just took few quick pics. Then we kept driving down till we found a campground in Coulta exactly at Coles point where we watched surfers in Greenly beach and then we went to set the swag down and make a fire cooking dinner and enjoy a little bit for the last night camping while we basically had the hole camping from ourselves.
DAY 38 Thursday 26.09.24

Woke up at 7 am pack everything and we went to Coffin bay at the IGA to buy same bread and we had breakfast near the Yacht Club while we were waiting for the tour to start at 9:15 am. The tour was really nice we learn a lot and we had the opportunity to try a dozen of those delicious oysters and on the boat on the way back we saw a little island with few sea lions. Later on the tour finished around mid day and we kept going to till Port Lincoln where we visited the Lincoln National Park precisely the West Wanna lookout after we kept going a little bit and just outside of the city we stopped at the Boston Bay Wines which they have really nice wines and then we kept going straight till Whyalla so we got there around 7 pm. Get into Carmels house, and went with her dad at Vegas Restaurant for dinner and then we went back home to sleep very tired from the day.
DAY 39 – Friday 27.09.24

Woke up at 7 am unpacked all the car did the washing and then around mid day Carmel took me to the Hummock Hill lookout and then the jetty where we took few pics. Later we had lunch at Bottle & Bird take away the food and went back to the jetty to wait to see some dolphins.
After we decided to go to wooly to look for Carmel mum but she wasn’t there so we went to her house stayed a bit there chatting and then we went to Carmel house got ready to go for dinner at The Sundowner restaurant with carmels mum, grandpa and grandmama.
Then we went back home, had a drink with her dad and then went to sleep.
DAY 40 – Saturday 28.09.24

Woke up at 6:30 am got ready and pack all the things back in the car, the grand parents of Carmel came over and we spent a bit of time with her dad and then in the morning and then we went to Woolly to say goodbye to her mum and we left Whyalla hitting the way to Adelaide. As a first stop we stopped at Matthew Flinders Red Cliff Lookout but the weather unfortunately wasn’t great, then at Harry’s Homemade Fine Food to get some juice and dried figs then we kept driving till Bungaree Station where it started to rain a lot so we kept going till Clare Vally which basically we just passed by and then we visited the Sevenhill wine where we did a little wine tasting and then we went to the accommodation and we went to sleep around 8 pm very tired.
DAY 41 – Sunday 29.09.24

Woke up at 8 am had breakfast in the bedroom and check out by 10 am. The weather was better but not amazing, anyway we decided to visit few things. First Farrell Flat Silo Art and then Burra Heritage trail tourist, then we decided to make our way to Adelaide, stopped few times to take pics around the land scapes. By 3 pm we arrived at Carmel’s sister house where we spent a bit of time with her nieces and then we had dinner there and after dinner we went back to the hostel to sleep.
DAY 42 – Monday 30.09.24

Woke up at 7:30 am got ready even if we were very tired for me to go to do the lashes extension appointment at the Rundle Mall in the CBD and Carmel went to repair the wind screen just out of the city. Once I finished the appointment I get a protein shake at the Boost Juice then I catch up with Laura around 11 am and we went for a coffee at Nano Caffe and once we got there Carmel meet us as well. After chatting a bit we went to have lunch at Hey Jupiter Brasserie and after lunch we decided to visit the Chihuly Garden Cycle exhibition in the botanical garden and then at 3 pm me and Carmel walked back to the YHA and Laura went to work. We packed a bit and trying to organize the backpack and then around 6 pm we went to Carmel’s sister house to visit them.
DAY 43 – Tuesday 01.09.24

Woke up at 8 am, Carmel went to do the car service and I clean the room and prepared the breakfast, had breakfast together when she got back the we tried to fix iCloud and sync the phone properly. Around 12 pm we went to get there car, stopped at McDonald for lunch and then we went back to the hostel to pack everything for tomorrow and then we went to Carmel’s sister house for dinner and saying goodbye to her family. Later we just went back to the hostel to sleep because we were tired from the day and I have to wake up early tomorrow.
DAY 44 – Wednesday 02.10.24

Woke up at 4:30 am got ready grab all my stuff and Carmel took me to the airport to take my Qantas flight at 7:05 am to Melbourne. Once I got in Melbourne I mange to find a quiet area so I could do a bit of writing and then updating ig.
After I had lunch at Hungry Jacks and then I waited for Carmel which I literally saw her at the gate just few minutes and then she had to do the boarding and I had to go to my gate. Boarding for the next flight with Qantas again at 5:45 pm, it was kind of a long flight, around 6 hours but luckily I had dinner on board and I watch first movie The idea of you and the second it was The way, my way. Finally I arrived in Denpasar around 10 pm, payed for the visa then did the police check, met Carmel at the luggage area and from there we got out together while the driver was waiting for us. Once we got at the accommodation we paid did the check in and went to sleep immediately because we were very tired from the day.
