DAY 1 – Wednesday 01.06.22

I woke up early in the morning I stayed with C. a bit in the bed chilling relaxing and than we decided to get ready and we went at The Cheesecake Factory for lunch which it was a very nice place I liked it even if I wasn’t very feeling it, I had a massive headache. Than we went back to the hostel packed everything quick and we went to take the Bart together at Powell Street Station. We arrived at airport really earlier and we were in two different terminal since she was flying with United and I was with Delta so, we stayed together talking a bit it was very nice actually and then we said goodbye and I walk to the terminal 2 where I drop off my bag, I passed the controls and I get into the gate. I had no time waiting so I got into the plane immediately basically and blessed there were the screen so I decided to watch the house of Gucci while they were giving sneaks. At 8 pm I landed at the airport of Salt Lake City, I already knew that the next flight is in late schedule at 10:35 pm instead of 9:05 pm so I went to Starbucks I got something to eat and thank I walked around till I went to the gate to wait for the flight. Unfortunately they announced more delayed at 11:20 pm, I got in the plane a lot of kids crying around but I got the heart plugs so I could keep watching a move unfortunately I couldn’t finish The House of Gucci it wasn’t on the screen so I watched Couples Retreat which it was a smooth comedy. At 2:40 am luckily I landed in San Antonio I was very tired, I just called an Uber and I went to sleep immediately which it was very late after 3 am. I got a room because it was the only solution in San Antonio there are no hostels so it was a bit expensive and I had to book a room next to the hotel so at least the Uber was cheap.

DAY 2 – Thursday 02.06.22

I woke up at 11 am and I did the check out at 11:30 am which was the latest that at the hotel could do because I was very very tired I just wanted to sleep all day actually. But well I checked out and I went to the bus stop which it was just in front of the Hotel and I took the bus to the bus station of Greyhound, well the bus stop was very disgusting like the bus looks like being in Mexico actually so at 1:20 pm I left San Antonio and I arrived in Austin at 2:50 pm. From the bus stop I walked to the Hostel I did the check in, I left everything in the room and I went out to walk around the the city. Fist I stopped at 7 eleven because it was very hot the weather I couldn’t stand that, and I discovered the Texas Tea, Goodflow Austin’s own green tea honestly the best tea I even drink in my life. After I walked to the capitol, and get inside it was very beautiful and interesting and than I walk all down to the river, where it was very chilling and relaxing and I watched the sunset there as well. Later on after the sunset I went back to the hostel, I ordered with Uber Taco Bell and I eat it in the kitchen of the hostel where I met few people there and with one girl we organised to get a drink together the day after.

DAY 3 – Friday 03.06.22

I woke up around 10 am I got ready and I walked around the city but unfortunately started to rain so I decided to wait take the bus and I went to The Range at Austin, I went there by bus and I stopped for lunch at What a Burger that I never tried before but I always seen it around, and we’ll il just like McDonald’s actually worse. And than I had to take an Uber to reach The Range at Austin because is really out of the city. When I got there I didn’t have the reservations and they were fully booked but well one guy made it for me so I decided to buy a package with two guns GLOCK 17 and a semi-automatic AR-15 for one hour. It was an amazing experience I loved it the guy was super nice and explained me everything, I liked shooting and I was pretty good actually. After that I called an Uber and I went to The Boardwalk at Lady Bird Lake and I walked all around there was super peaceful, with all the local running or doing kayak very nice atmosphere. After that I walked back to the hostel Altair few photos in 6th street and than I went back to the hostel and at 9 pm I meet up with a girl that I meet the night before in the hostel at Firehouse Lounge it’s a really nice bar I loved it honestly we had one drink there and than we went up to the kitchen because the music was too loud, and in the kitchen we found the guy of yesterday plus an other one so we decided to go for a drink at Coyote Ugly. Well after that we went in many different other places in the street basically we get into all bar bars that they ha 1$ shot till closing were all the bar shout at 2:00 am so we decided to go to a gay bar we’re we stayed till 3 am or something and than we got back to the hostel I was defiantly drunk probably the second day of 2022 that I’ve that drunk.

DAY 4 – Saturday 04.06.22

I woke up at 9:30 am totally in hangover, it was very bad. So I did the check out and I called an Uber because I couldn’t walk at all. The driver get where I had to get the bus I got on at 11:30 am with Megabus fortunately it was a very smooth ride, the bus was okay but I felt so bad all the time with the feelings that I need to throw up. Once I get in San Antonio I decided to walk till the Hotel it was like 15 minutes not too far but well, it was very warm, too much like more than 35 degrees, luckily I made it and since it was almost 2 pm I could do the check in and get my room with AC on. I stayed on the bed and in the room till 5 pm I took a shower and I tried to get some energy to go to watch the Rodeo at 7:30 pm. But first I went to the city, I stopped at the McDonald’s to eat something and I went to the River mall to get a Cowboy hat for the event. Than I ordered Uber to the Rodeo it was very far away actually, but I enjoyed the ride since it was with a Tesla. One I got there I started to take photos all over and than than the Rodeo started it was very nice I loved it, it last for two hours more less and was very exciting wishing that I could attend a Rodeo more often. When it finished I order Uber again and I went to sleep very tired from the night before but very happy and satisfied about the rodeo.

DAY 5 – Sunday 05.06.22

I woke up pretty late and lazy honestly but well I got ready to go out and explore the city even I really wanted to enjoy the private room. So by 10 am I was at the River Walk I grab some ice tea and I tried to go to visit the Almo but u need to reserve a ticket online so I did it for 12 pm and mine while I went to the riverwalk I seat on a branch and I called my mum which it was a bit that I haven’t called her. Than I get into the Alamo it was really nice I totally enjoyed it, really nice building and area around.

Than I went to the River Mall at Taco Bell to get something for lunch and I explore all the area around all the canals it’s so beautiful I loved it and so peaceful but a lot of tourist and let’s say less nicer than Austin honestly. In the noon I stoped at Ice Dream to get and ice cream and than at 6 pm I went back to the Hotel to rest a bit and taking a shower, actually planning to go out again for the evening but we’ll i was very tired and lazy that I stayed on my bed all evening chilling and sleep.

DAY 6 – Monday 06.06.22

I woke up around 10 am, got ready pack everything, did the check out and I got something to eat on the way to the bus stop at Blue Star Provisions, and than the bus arrived at 11:45 am with Megabus it was really smooth the bus was barely empty so I could sleep a bit and once I got in Houston at 4 pm I took a public bus to get to the hostel because it was a bit far away from the Center, it was really easy basically I had to do a self check in so there was none telling me anything just got in my room left my stuff and went out to walk around the city. I went to Whole Food Market to get some watermelon and some Texan tea and than I walk thru the city passing by Sam Houston park till the Eleanor Tinsley Park it was so nice definitely reminded me of Austin but a bit more uncomfortable due to the huge amount of black people. I saw the sunset there and since was getting dark I called an Uber to go back to the hostel where I chilled and I socialised a bit in the living room and than I order Taco Bell with Uber and I had dinner but after that I went straight to the bed to sleep.

DAY 7 – Tuesday 07.06.22

( Space Center, Houston )

I woke up early at 8 am and I went to the gas station in front of the Hostel to get something for breakfast and than I called an Uber to go to visit the Space Center which I booked the ticket online on Viator for 25$. I was very tired I don’t know why maybe due to the long daily walking or from the warm weather not sure. Anyway it was very cool the Space Center I learn few new things and all the history about trying to go to the moon or other planet, building a base on the orbit and than the space plane it was definitely interesting. Than at 2 pm I took and Uber to go in Houston downtown to get something for lunch and I stoped at Chick Fil A while I’m trying all the American fast food. After I just walked around I went to the market square and than I took a bus to go back to the hostel at 5 pm and I took a shower and I stayed in the bed all evening just chilling and relaxing till I fell asleep because the day after I need to wake up very early to catch the bus to go to Nola.

DAY 8 – Wednesday 08.06.22

I woke up at 6:45 am very tired but well I had to go to the bus so I called Uber where he dropp me off at the Mega Bus Stop I waited a bit and than at 7:45 am I got on the bus into to the way to New Orleans. When the bus stopped in Lowa I got two slices of pizza to eat and than stopped as well Lafayette and Baton Rouge I arrived in Nola around 3 pm I walked to the hostel I tried to do the check in but wasn’t possible till 4 pm so I stayed there waiting till when it was possible and than I left my luggage and I went out to explore the city, I went to the river and to Bourbon street it was very nice even if it looks a bit dangerous with a lot of homeless people and very dirty streets. I stayed around till 7:30 pm and than I come back to the hostel I took a shower and I went to sleep.

DAY 9- Thursday 09.06.22

I woke up at 9 am I did the breakfast at the hostel it was really good have at the hostel honestly than I walk around the city all morning first to the Jackson square and St. Louis Cathedral than I wanted to go to the oldest pharmacy in America but was 10$ entry so I skipped it than I walk to the LaBranche House, I stopped at CVS to get and iced tea because the temperatures says 32 degrees but feels like 39/40 which it was definitely a lot and than around 2 pm I went back to the hostel and I had lunch at Wendy’s that was just next door. Basically it was chill relaxing day I did the same thing I’ve the day before but just more chilled and I took a lot of photos around, the atmosphere is really cool with all the pride flags around for the pride month. So then I went back to the hostel and I decided to buy on Viator a Haunted Ghost, Voodoo and Vampire Tour for the evening. So I took a shower I got ready and at 8 ok I went at the Louisiana Supreme Court which is like the netting point for the tour, it was really nice and the guide tour the guy was really nice and charismatic I liked, I hoped that I could have meet someone to go to drink something after but not it didn’t happened there were mostly couples and older people, but I’m definitely glad that I did it I liked it a lot and than I took an Uber to go back because I was a bit scared about the situation in Nola, and by 10:30 I was already in the bed.

DAY 10 – Friday 10.06.22

I woke up at 9 am I went downstairs to the hostel and breakfast, unfortunately the weather was really bad, poring a lot so I come back to the room and I chilled a bit in my bed and than around 12 pm when it gets better I went outside to keep visiting the city where actually I stayed too long there, and unfortunately I didn’t meet any friendly people at the hostel to make a group to go and not even a tinder date. Anyway I went to visit the St. Louise Cemetery it was pretty expensive like 25$ but it was really nice I definitely liked it, it was a nice tour and the guy could transmit the creepy and mastery atmosphere of the cemetery which I really enjoyed than later I went to the shop Marie Laveau’s House of Voodoo and I kept walk around the city taking photos. Around 5 pm I went back to the hostel because looks like it wanted to rain so, yeah. And I order Taco Bell which I’m really obsessed with it and than I went to take a shower and sleep very early.

DAY 11 – Saturday 11.06.22

I woke up at 9 am I went downstairs I tried to to a breakfast but a member of the staff started to jell at me so I went to my room I packed I left my things in the storage and than I went out, I walked around New Orleans for the last time it was nice but very warm I get inside of the St. Luis Cathedral and walked around eat something and than by 1 pm I went back to the hostel I picked up my stuff and I walk to get the bus to go to the airport. Is pretty far the airport but well I left earlier because the ride took me over an hour. My flight is at 5:25 pm once I get to the airport I bought a sandwich at Starbucks and I eat it while I was waiting for my flight. The flight wasn’t the best a lot of turbulence unfortunately but it was only two hours flight luckily. I landed almost at 9 pm I waited for the luggage and than I went to find the metro but first I had to catch a bus and than the metro and for 10$ with the car included I could get to the hostel and I immediately went to sleep.
